Orders can be made online over the phone or in person. Courier can be arranged at additional cost and for UK Mainland delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Orders with tyres are to be delivered within 5 working days from day of placing an order.
We use professional and reliable courier companies when sending your deliveries. We will send you the tracking number to your email address provided to track the arrival time of your products.
Complaints and refund procedures

We aim to deliver the high standard customer service and we ensure customer satisfaction. All our wheels are going through safety check prior to posting to our customers and ensure secure package. If there are any problems with the wheels and if you have any suggestions or recommendation in how to improve our customer service, please let us know.
We do provide 14 days return policy.
Warranty

We are confident about our quality, so all our refurbished powder coated wheels come with 12 months warranty.
Our Diamond cutting services comes with 6 months warranties. Our warranty covers against flaking or peeling provided and no chemicals must have been used on wheels other than soapy water and normal driving conditions: The warranty does not cover off road driving or damage caused by an accident.

None of the wheels come with warranty for cracking, breaking and denting as it is serviceable item. No one possibly could determine the cause of any damage i.e if you got a Kerb or speed
